Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP added Michelle L. Frazier to its lobbying team in Raleigh. She has more than 20 years legal experience, most recently with Manning Fulton & Skinner PA in Raleigh. She previously was assistant executive director of the N.C. Bar Association.

Frazier is a 1992 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 1996 graduate of The University of North Carolina School of Law.
