Robinson Bradshaw names first African-American director

Robinson Bradshaw shareholders elected attorney Angelique Vincent-Hamacher to its board of directors. She will be the first African-American and third woman to serve in this role. Other directors include Managing Partner Allen Robertson, David Wright, Jane Ratteree, Stephen Cox and Kelly Luongo Loving. Vincent-Hamacher co-chairs the firm’s employment and labor practice group. A graduate of Duke University and Harvard Law School, she is on the Carolinas HealthCare System board of commissioners. Robinson Bradshaw was formed in 1960 and has 130 lawyers.
