Kirsten Royster was named president of Novant Health Medical Park Hospital in Winston-Salem. Royster has worked for Novant Health since 2005, including as vice president of the Heart & Vascular Institute at Forsyth Medical Center. She will maintain her current role as head of the ob-gyn service line in the Winston-Salem market.
She replaces Chad Setliff, who will focus on his leadership roles at Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center and Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center.
Royster has a bachelor’s degree from UNC Chapel Hill and a master’s degree from Emory University.
Novant Health is a 15-hospital system with more than 2,500 licensed beds.
