The N.C. Economic Development Association met in Raleigh in March to discuss legislative priorities for the year with Gov. Roy Cooper and other state officials and legislators. N.C. Senate leader Phil Berger and N.C. House Speaker Tim Moore were recognized as the group’s legislators of the year.
