Vincent Michalesko will lead a new regional headquarters for Boston-based real-estate developer The Fallon Co. The company paid $24.5 million for a 13-story building in downtown Charlotte where it plans to occupy 5,000 square feet of office space. Fallon is no stranger to the Queen City since it was selected last year to redevelop a 16-acre site once used for low-income housing. Michalesko will oversee such projects and other ventures in the Southeast, according to a statement. Prior to joining The Fallon Co., he served as southeast region manager for Archer Western Construction.
