Kent Hanley

Kent Hanley was named CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, a Raleigh-based real-estate company with more than 900 employees.

A graduate of Indiana University, Hanley was vice president of operations at William Raveis Real Estate and vice president of William Raveis Mortgage Co., both located in Shelton, Conn. He has more than 30 years of experience in real estate. Hanley is a director and founding member of Upstream RE, a market-data consortium, and a director for the National Association of Realtors.

Started in 1972, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walton has 15 offices in the Triangle. Sales exceeded $2.4 billion in 2015.
